Welcome to MonetizeMyanmar. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Service Overview
MonetizeMyanmar provides YouTube channel monetization services for creators in Myanmar. We connect your YouTube channel to our Google AdSense account through Manager Access, enabling you to earn revenue from your content.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be a content creator based in Myanmar
- Own a YouTube channel with 100% original content
- Have the legal right to monetize your content
- Not use reused, stolen, or copyrighted content without permission
- Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
3. Manager Access
By granting us Manager Access to your YouTube channel:
- You authorize MonetizeMyanmar to manage monetization settings
- We will connect your channel to our AdSense account
- You retain full ownership of your channel and content
- You do NOT get access to our AdSense account
- You can revoke Manager Access at any time
4. Revenue Sharing
We offer two plans with different commission structures:
Standard Plan
We charge 10% commission on your YouTube ad revenue.
Advanced Plan
We charge 15% commission on your YouTube ad revenue.
Includes:
- Envato Elements access and license coverage
- Copyright claim assistance
- Content protection service
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are made offline via KBZ Pay, KBZ Bank Transfer, or CB Pay
- Payment schedule and thresholds will be communicated after approval
- We deduct our commission before transferring earnings to you
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers
6. Content Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your content. MonetizeMyanmar does not claim any rights to your videos, channel name, branding, or intellectual property. We only manage the monetization aspects of your channel.
7. Service Limitations
MonetizeMyanmar does NOT guarantee:
- Approval for monetization by YouTube or Google AdSense
- Specific earnings or revenue amounts
- Immediate monetization activation
- Protection from YouTube policy strikes or termination
Final monetization approval depends on YouTube and Google AdSense policies, which are beyond our control.
8. Violations and Termination
If you violate these Terms of Service, YouTube policies, or AdSense policies:
- We will immediately remove our Manager Access from your channel
- Your monetization will be discontinued
- Any pending payments may be forfeited
- You will be permanently banned from our service
Violations include but are not limited to: using reused/stolen content, violating copyright, manipulating views/engagement, misleading viewers, or violating YouTube Community Guidelines.
9. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel our service at any time by removing our Manager Access from your YouTube channel. Upon cancellation:
- Your monetization through our AdSense account will stop
- You will receive any earned revenue up to the cancellation date (minus our commission)
- There are no cancellation fees
- We may retain access logs and earnings records for accounting purposes
10. Liability Disclaimer
MonetizeMyanmar is not liable for:
- YouTube account suspensions or terminations
- AdSense policy violations by the creator
- Revenue fluctuations or changes in YouTube monetization policies
- Third-party copyright claims on your content
- Payment service provider issues or delays
- Loss of revenue due to external factors beyond our control
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
